Wikipedia defines Customer Service as “the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase” and Alaglas of Charleston did just that. We got lots of estimates before deciding to buy our pool from them and now we know we made the right decision. Jason Blume made several visits to our home to discuss which pool was the right one for us and was always polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. He even offered to take us to the manufacturing plant so we could see how the pools are made right here in SC. Whenever I called Jason and left him a message, he always called me back within a reasonable amount of time. Ken Baldwin met us several times to look at pools Alaglas had installed so we could see exactly what the finished pool would look like. He even took us to his house so we could see his pool! We loved the fact that they own all of their own equipment and would not have to use subcontractors to install our pool. He did everything he said he would do and more. The street in front of our house was covered in dirt and mud from the install and the next day, Ken sent someone to our house to clean and wash away all the dirt so our neighbors wouldn’t complain. That was above and beyond customer service! Mandi Baldwin was extremely helpful in getting the permits we needed from the city and following up after the sale. She came to our home and brought us a binder with all of the warranty papers, copies of all the contracts, cancelled checks, phone numbers, instructions, and everything else we will ever need to enjoy our beautiful new swimming pool. Everyone we dealt with at Alaglas Pools of Charleston exceeded our expectations and went out of their way to be sure we got exactly what we paid for. The bottom line is Alaglas of Charleston takes care of their customers from start to finish and that is why we are customers for life! But most importantly, WE LOVE OUR NEW POOL!
